There are great facilities for sheltered sunbathing, BBQ, atmospheric dinners, and entertaining guests.    In the “glass room” of the terrace, it is wonderful to spend an atmospheric evening or enjoy sunny breakfast.

OUTLOOK AND VIEWS: The apartment has beautiful views over the horizon. Not just black sea in the evenings. You can observe towards the sea and follow the morning sun crossing the sky to the south – west, across the rooftops of the city and finally settling down in the evening behind the mountains.


On entering the Claros, its interior hallway encompasses fair size. The design gives a modern African feeling. Large, fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room. There are three bedrooms, on behalf of its facilities one of which is rated wheelchair-user-friendly. The terrace leads to your private Finnish sauna and showerand  a separate bedroom. LOCATION AND SECURITY: The apartment is located in quiet and central location in the neighbourhood of Los Boliches. Near healt center and Feria area. The nearest supermarket is in only 50 m distance from the gate.p1180330 Next to the building is a green oasis, the so-called Petanque Park with free gym equipment, a playing ground for children and seating for the elderly.

The surrounding area is very flat and very easy and  safe to move aroun. Coffee shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc is around 150m away. The beach is around 400 meters away and the train station is less than 600 meters from the apartment.
