The house has two elevators. One of them is intended for so-called wheelchair elevator. The lift has a net width of 70 cm and a length of 115cm, which limits the size of the wheelchair to be used. With a narrow wheelchair and eg. with a roller it is great. In addition to the spacious design, the accessibility of the apartment has been tried in many ways. The second bathroom has a wide sliding door and a flat floor. The shower room has plenty of room for a shower chair and it has a toilet pool equipped with handles. There is plenty of room for a wheelchair under the stage. Also space left under the kitchen countertop and sink for the wheelchair / roller user. We believe that accessibility solutions are favored by many “ordinary” seniors 🙂 
The apartment has central air conditioning and heating. It has a spacious sunny western balcony with the greenest park landscape, an open kitchen, two bathrooms, three bedrooms including two large bedrooms and one smaller children’s room / study room and a living room with a pull-out sofa that can be accommodated if needed. The total floor area is approximately 117 m2.
